Large Double Room in Brixton 3 Bed, Bills Included

Hey!

I’m moving out of my flat in December as I’m going travelling so looking for someone to fill my room that will get on with the two housemates who are staying.

About the flat:

We're a house of three in Brixton, located 15 mins walk from the tube and next to Brockwell park. It's a great location, not too noisy outside during the day to day.

What we're looking for:

Someone who is friendly, chill, nice, clean and tidy! 29 yrs old and over

We have our own lives, but up for a nice chats, chill at home evenings, usual sort of thing ☺️

Who we are:

Callum, 35, male, physiotherapist, dry humour, practices jiu-jitsu, likes footie. Callum tends to be out until late Monday to Thursday.

Caitlin, 29, female, friendly, works in substance misuse. Into music, art, fitness, meeting pals.

Costs:

Room cost bills included: £653.23
Plus a water bill every 6 months. Last bill cost about £110.

All bills are paid to our housemate Callum.

House set up:

Lounge with dining table, one bathroom, kitchen. No garden.
Top two floors of the house.

Move in date - 1st December

Caitlin and Callum are hoping to meet a handful of people over the next few weeks.
