Double bedroom in bright Brixton house!

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join Kat (30) and Maria (33) in Brixton Hill. Kat works as a nurse and Maria works as a EA in finance. Kat works unsocial hours and Maria also long hours so we are respectful of each others space.

We would love someone easy going, sociable, clean and tidy to join us. The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe, with space to fit other furnishings to make it homely! Our landlords are lovely and will give the room a spruce up before you move in. We have two bathrooms with the first being on the ground floor which Maria uses, you would be sharing the upstairs bathroom with Kat. There’s also a small outdoor yard out the back of the kitchen.

The area is lovely, it’s a quiet residential street with other young working professionals and the house is great for sleeping in despite being one street away from Brixton Road. Transport is really easy to basically anywhere! Brixton tube is a short walk or bus ride if you prefer.

Move in date ASAP, in time for the end of October. Sadly due to Kat’s night shifts, it would ideally be someone who doesn’t WFH.
