Room available from the 7th of October in Brixton!

Hello! We're currently looking for a tenant for a lovely double room in our flat in Brixton Hill.

The room:
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and there is also space for a desk in the room. It gets lots of sunshine and is warm and cosy in the winter :)

The Flat:
The flat has a bright and colourful living room, a kitchen, shared bathroom and toilet and a balcony terrace complete with table and chairs! The living room is a great communal space to relax and chill in, and the roof terrace is perfect for hosting barbecues, enjoying good weather (when it happens) and growing plants and vegetables (if you're into gardening).

We're a 25-minute walk from Brixton tube station, with 24-hour bus connections to other parts of South London and into central London. Brixton is a great place to live, and we'd love to have you join the flat!

Flatmates:

Currently, there are three flatmates you'll be sharing with- Anna (26, sound designer), Laurence (30, university admin), and Ollie (29, housing rights lawyer).

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a flatmate who is sociable and enjoys living with other people- if you're looking to spend all day in your room this might not be the right fit for you! We're an LGBT+ friendly flat, and everyone is welcome :)

Sadly, we can't accept full time undergraduate students-our landlord is pretty insistent about this. We're only considering people within the age range mentioned.
