LGBTQ friendly household- sharing with 2 others, 1 male and 1 female. They both work in the creative industries and so have mixed schedules working in the day/evenings. No one currently works from home in the flat and a small space could be set up in the living room if needed! It’s a sociable house, we love to watch TV together and go to the pub for happy hour- but also we all have separate busy lives so there are days where we don’t see each other. We totally respect that everyone needs their own space but also like to make the effort with each other where we can, so looking for someone to match this vibe!

The room includes a double bed (with space for storage underneath) chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe which has loads of space and shelving! The room is on the same level as kitchen/living space and a bathroom. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have another bathroom, so you would have the downstairs bathroom to yourself. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Amazing transport links with Brixton underground and Herne Hill station under 10 minutes walk away. There’s also lots of bus routes stopping near the flat including night buses!

Will need to go through and pass referencing checks with the letting agents, but they’re open to guarantors etc. The current tenancy you would be signing on to would be until August 2025, with a possibility of extension. But also they do allow a change of tenants if needed subject to an admin fee and referencing.
