Our lovely flatmate is leaving us at the end on November to move in with her partner and we are looking for someone fun and friendly to replace her!
You would be living with me (23) who is working in charity sector, and May (23) a lawyer. We love hanging out together, cooking, reading, watching reality tv with wine and nights out on the weekend with the occasional trip to Peckham carboot so looking forward to someone who would join us! We have our own social lives outside the house but also enjoy hanging out together when we’re in the house so looking for someone to who wants to create a homely vibe.
The room is a double, with large living room and kitchen downstairs plus two bathrooms!
Rent is £930 a month +bills
The contract lasts until 6th June with possibility of renewing
15-20 min walk from Clapham North (Northern line) and Brixton (Victoria Line)
