Hey guys! My girlfriend and I are subletting our fully furnished second bedroom in our two bedroom maisonette, based in Clapham North/Brixton.

📆 Dates: 1st November 2024 to 28th February 2024 (possibility to extend if we’re a good fit)

💲Rent: £1,100 per month
💲Bills: £120 approx per month
💲Deposit: One months’ rent (£1,100)

📍You'll be living in a fully-furnished, two story maisonette (top floor flat) with a large open living room and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The room includes a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, shelving and double bed (bed is super comfortable).

🚃 The flat is in great location for public transport:
- 8 minute walk to Clapham North Station (Underground).
- 10 minute walk to Clapham High Street Station (Overground).
- 12 minute walk to Brixton Station (Underground).
- Multiple bus stops at the top of the street.

🛒💪Walking distance to the following amenities:
- 3 minute walk to Lidl.
- 5 minute walk to Tesco Superstore.
- 5 minute walk to Anytime Fitness.
- 10 minute walk to Clapham High Street which has everything!

You’ll be living with a couple who are working professionals aged 25-26, one working in interior design and the other in finance/accounting, who both have a mix of working from the office and from home. We are very social people, love to go for a drink as well as live quite active lifestyles.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, neat and tidy, social but also respectful of the house and shared spaces. We are also looking for someone with a similar work schedule.
