Double room in cozy Brixton/Herne Hill Flat

Hey, my housemate is sadly moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. We live in a two bedroom top floor flat in South Brixton/Herne Hill which sits right next to Brockwell park. The local area is lovely with lots of good transport links (inc Brixton tube, train services and lots of bus routes), green space and various coffee shops etc.

The room has a double bed, lots of light and excellent storage space. The flat also has a really lovely sitting room, kitchen and bathroom (photos included below). There are two other flats in the building with friendly neighbours and the landlord is also very good and responsive.

I'm a Civil Servant who works from home a couple of days a week. I'm usually out a few evenings a week either playing sport or hanging out with friends and at the weekend I'm generally doing similar things. I occasionally like to escape London if I can, with a particular favourite being going down to Cornwall for a long weekend to surf.

The council tax for the flat is Band B and the bills generally work out to around £150 each.

I'm looking for a friendly housemate who would feel comfortable hanging out in the flat. I really love this flat and would rather not move so if this sounds of interest to you please let me know!
