Furnished double bedroom available in 3 bed flat in Brixton! (Desk has been removed since taking the pictures).
Shared kitchen/living room/bathroom and garden at the back - neighbours are super friendly and the building can be quite social - even comes with a group chat! More pictures available at request and viewings will be organised soon!

You’ll be living with Bilaal (25) and Youssef (27) who work mostly from home and go into the office 1/2 times a week. They’re both engineers (however have surprisingly good people skills). It’s a pretty social house but we all have our own lives too.
They both like football (sports in general really), running, yapping and we do some things as a house like go for walks, film nights, drinks etc.
10 minute walk to Brixton station.
15 minute walk to Herne Hill.
5 minutes to Brockwell park.
2 minute walk to Sainsbury’s.

Room has become available as I am moving to a different country, and I can move out any date between the 25th October and- 2nd November.
With bills, it usually comes to £1001 a month.
£1077 deposit (deposit is split equally by all three tenants whereas rent is not due to room size).
£50 change of sharer fee.
