The location is superb, 15-20 minute walk to several stations; Brixton Station, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill with excellent bus links to Brixton and Tulse Hill. 5 mins to Brixton on any of the buses from the stop just outside the house. Under 1 min walk from Brockwell Park with supermarkets close by, a tesco garage across the road, and the wonderful Elm Park Tavern round the corner.
