Furnished double room with nice big window

Hi, I have a double room available in a two bed flat in brixton/tulse hill area with a shared living room. I like to keep a nice relaxed and tidy flat, but not overly fussy. I've just moved in so there is plenty of space to create a nice joint living area. I'm hoping to build back up my collection of houseplants. Im currently studying Anthropology and will be in uni a lot of the time. It would be nice to have a flatmate to have a cup of tea and a chat with and maybe the odd dinner and film/tv night, but also very respectful of personal space. There is a shared garden and a small bit of private garden too.
