You would be living with three girls and one guy, all working professionals aged between 28-31.
We are all friends and looking for a male to add to our happy home! Preferably a working professional who is late 20s to early 30s.
The room comes mostly furnished and is £900p/m with bills being around £120 p/m. The deposit is £1298
The house is an equidistant between Clapham North, Common and Brixton - with a 10-15 minute walk to all three tube stations.
We have a very large shared kitchen and living area - where we cook, eat and watch TV together most week nights.
Move in date would be the 1st November so
