The place: A mid terraced house with three bedrooms, one bathroom, lounge, kitchen and back garden. This large bedroom is available from 9th of March.

Location: Quiet street south of Brixton, off Upper Tulse Hill. Brockwell Park and bus stops are two minutes walk away. Walking distance (or short bus ride) to Brixton tube station (Victoria Line), Tulse Hill & Herne Hill stations.

The housemates: Sharing with two others (30-40s, professionals), friendly quiet vibes with the occasional weekend brunch or movie nights. There is also one (old, low-maintenance) resident cat. Smoking ok outdoors only.

The ideal You: 30+ professional, ok with cat in premises, ok with non vegan current residents, clean as you go/ house trained type, ok or willing to join the occasional singalong, mindful of other folk's space and routine, keen to participate and improve the shared environment.
