Calling all those who want to live in Brixton

Our housemate has sadly had to move out and we are looking for someone chill, friendly, social to come fill the room. We want to make the flat into more of a home than just a place where people sleep so would love to meet people who are down to watch some bad tv and go the pub when free. Equally we are are all busy with own things & respectful of space so looking for someone the same x

Move in day Monday 7th October ( though an earlier move in might be possible)

Holly (27) Capricorn, I adore baking, theatre/ arts, pub quizzes and work at the Southbank Centre
Amandine (22) I’m a writer working in the creative industry. I love drinks with friends, going to the theatre, and art galleries.
Ferdia (24) An actor and performing arts teacher. I love socialising and having dinner parties, going to dance classes and a cheeky pub quiz!

About the space
The flat is located in between Brixton and Herne Hill, a 2 min walk from Brockwell Park and a 10 minute walk from both Brixton tube station & Herne Hill Train Station.
There are 2 bathrooms (a shower/toilet & a bath/shower) a kitchen, and a spacious shared lounge and a south facing balcony overlooking Brockwell Park which delivers some smashing sunsets.

1 X Large Double room available.
A Spacious Double Room (Fully Furnished). Room is a very good size, comes with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers & a desk if wanted. The room also has a large wardrobe for storage.

850 PCM excluding bills -
Bills come to approximately £120 per month, including, gas, electricity, council tax, & BT broadband. There is also a water bill every few months.
