Brixton -Spacious / bright double room + ensuite

Hi there

I am in the process of purchasing a flat which means that I will be moving out of my flat on Brixton Hill. I currently share the flat with my two close friends. We are all gay men and full time professionals (working partly at home and partly in the office). We are ideally looking for another gay man, but open to other queer / female / ally applicants.

It's a really nice vibe in the house and we like the occasional night out / pre-drinks, but we aren't looking for a flat mate who would host lots of afters/parties.

Someone respectful and easy going to maintain the super peaceful household!

The flat is split over 3 levels with a lovely garden and a garage (but it's not suitable for a car). The street is really quiet and there is a cute pub around the corner.
