Double Room in a Friendly House with Large Garden

A double room in a friendly house share is becoming available!

You'll be living with 2 boys and 2 girls - working in fashion, marketing and property.

We all moved in as strangers, but now consider each other friends and we're excited to be inviting someone new into the mix.

The house has a beautiful kitchen area where we eat, chat and play intense card games - a great hosting area too that all our friends are jealous of!

Alongside the kitchen is a dining area and living room, equipped with 2x sofa's, large TV and SONOS system - great for horror movie nights.

We’re naturally all sociable so often have friends over of an evening and at weekends but by no means a party house per se. We all work really hard, so during the week the house is pretty chilled.

As you'll see from the pictures, we got lucky with this house so it's really important for us to find someone who will help keep it clean and tidy. We have a couple of cleaners that come every 2 weeks to help with that too and the cost of this is included in the rent.

There's two bathrooms, (one with a shower and one with a bath) and a third toilet on the ground floor.

We have a large garden with an L shaped sofa, dining table at the back, BBQ and all lit with festoon lighting.

Opposite the house is a small park accessible to everyone - great for sunbathing and they often throw Summer parties with live bands. There's a strong sense of community in this area and everyone looks out for each other.

We're a short bus ride from the centre of Brixton with buses coming every 30 seconds from the end of the road. We're also walking distance from a Sainsbury's local and a gym.

Most importantly, we've got a couple of great pubs nearby and Brockwell Park just a short walk away.

The rent includes the room, WiFi, cleaners and council tax - we all cover the water, gas and electric - coming to around £90 per month per person.
