2 current flatmates are moving out end of October. 2 double rooms available in fresh duplex flat.
The flat is party friendly, spacious and enough for 3/4 people. However, shared cleaning twice a month is a must!!!! Please be a clean person!!
3 rooms + living room, you'll be sharing the flat with a Scandinavian. This flat is NOT for dirty people.
The main requirements is to maintain the flat clean.
YOU are free to do as you want and come as you please. But you got to clean the communal spaces at least 2 a month. That's all. We schedule and share the cleaning to maintain it clean.
Expected of you:
- Shared cleaning the flat biweekly
- Respect your flatmates
- Clean up after yourself
