I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely flat while Im visiting home over Christmas. The flat is available from 13th December - 23rd January (6 weeks). Would ideally love someone who can stay the whole period!
🏡- The apartment is a two bedroom flat . It includes a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and a large bedroom that comes with a double bed. My housemate will be away for the first 3 weeks so you would have the place to yourself and then she will be back for the last 3 weeks.
📍The flat is in great location, about a 12-15 minute walk to either Brixton station or Clapham North station. Lots of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby!
👯♀️ - you will be staying with my lovely flatmate (female 29), she works in healthcare and loves to socialise so would be looking for someone she can get along with!
The flat is £250 per week (£1500 for the whole period) including bills, however open to reasonable offers.
