This charming double room will be available from January 4th. It is just a 5-minute walk from Brixton tube station, and the rent is £1100 per month (excluding bills).

The flat is on the first floor, with one bathroom shared with a lovely, easygoing, and kind housemate (who also makes a mean cup of tea if you ask nicely!). We're looking for someone who is just as wonderful – relaxed, considerate, and ready to make this cosy space feel like home. Ideally, you're someone who enjoys a laugh, knows how to respect each other's space, and maybe even shares a Netflix binge session every now and then.

I'm super sad to be leaving this space, as I'll be moving to Lisbon. Monthly bills, including water, council tax, electricity, and internet, are around £161.90. The move-in date will be around January 4th, and a deposit of £1,102.00 is required.
