With one of our housemates unfortunately deciding to move out at the end of our current tenancy in January, the largest double room in our 3 Bed Flat has become available.

The rent will be £1,000 per month, with bills on top split evenly (normally around £130 per month including band G council tax)

The flat
- A fantastic location, with a Sainsbury's, two pubs (Hootenanny's and Effra Social) and a row of other shops and restaurants all on our doorstep, as well as Brockwell park being a 2 minute walk away.

- Transport links are also great with Brixton Station (Victoria Line) only a 10 minute walk away.

- The block has well kept grounds, security gates and doors, private parking and individual external storage sheds for each flat.

About us:
- Myself and Chris are good mates who have lived together for a few years now. We are young professionals who have hybrid working arrangements, and ideally would like someone who is keen to be part of a fairly sociable flat share
