The room is a double bedroom, furnished with bed, mattress, bedding, nightstands and a big wardrobe. Bathroom (with tub) is shared.

The flat is a 2-bed on the ground floor in Brixton, just behind the Electric, 5 minute walk to the Victoria Line and to Brockwell Park. Furnished, very quiet, views onto a garden. Big kitchen separate from the sitting room.

Rent is around £1250, including bills (and a twice monthly cleaner, netflix, amazon prime, etc).

I’m single, in my 30s, looking for someone around the same age, professional. Fyi, I will probably be adopting a dog in the next few months.
