Double room, fully furnished, bills included

Hi everyone,

We have a spacious double room available in our 3-bedroom house in Brixton. This is the largest room in the house and comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, ample storage, a TV, and a large mirror.

The house is shared with two professional males. We run the household smoothly, respecting each other’s space and the property. While we’re friendly and easy-going, we mostly keep to ourselves. The shared lounge and kitchen are fully furnished, and we also have a lovely terrace that’s a fantastic sun trap during the summer months.

Location-wise, we’re just a 2-minute walk to London, 5-minute walk from Tesco and have multiple bus stops nearby, making it easy to to local tubes stations such as Clapham North, Clapham South, and Brixton.

The rent is £1,200 per month, and all bills are included.

We are looking for someone to take the room until July 2025, there is a possibility you could stay on for longer but this will be confirmed closer to the time.

We’re looking for another working professional to join us—unfortunately, no students.
