Room in shared house in Brixton

A nice double room in Brixton has become available for immediate occupation. The room is fairly basic but has potential for development.
Brixton tube station is 5-10 minutes walk away. A garden, kitchen, dining room, bath/shower, central heating, broadband and shared space are also available. The rent is all inclusive and no deposit is required.
I will be away for much of the time and the rent is payable in advance on the first of the month through a bank account.
My partner Leena stays occasionally and my niece Georgia works at a local school and lives there permanently. Her friend Caroline haas now moved out to live with her boyfriend.
