2 rooms Clapham North/Brixton

2 rooms available from mid December/ start of January in Clapham North/Brixton in a modern 4 bed house.

Both rooms are £1066 per month and bills are roughly £100-120.

Both rooms are double beds. You will be sharing with 2 other girls in their mid twenties. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, both with showers.

We are ideally located a 10 min walk from Clapham North tube (northern line) and 10 min walk from Brixton tube (Victoria line).

We are looking for 2 girls who are social, tidy, easy to get along with and would look to be friends with who they live with.

Current housemates WFH roughly 2 days per week and work in city the other 2 days. One girl works in Law, the other in client relationship management. Both girls love cooking and we would sometimes cook a Sunday roast together. Both are really lovely, bubbly girls.
