Double room available in 2 bed Brixton hill flat

Hi all,

I have a room going in my two bedroom flat on Brixton hill from the beginning of January. The bedroom is unfurnished apart from a double mattress.

It's a lovely bright victorian conversion on the bottom floor with a private garden. The flat is spacious yet cosy with an open plan kitchen/living area.

Ten minutes by bus or 20 by foot to either Brixton or Clapham Common tube stations with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

A little about me - I am self employed in a few different fields, one of which is music so I will be writing and recording at home from time to time on the weekdays. I also have a 4yo Dachshund and a 1yo Maine Coon so if you aren't an animal person this probably won't be the right place for you.
