Large and bright room in Brixton

Hi, my name's Ostin! I'm a civil servant working in Wetminster who enjoys cooking, music, cycling and theatre. I'm looking to find someone to live with for a few months until my current flatmate gets back from travelling (around mid April but there's dome flexibility).

I'm fairly sociable and would like to live with someone who enjoys a chat. I also enjoy hosting and like to have friends round for dinner occasionally, it would be lovely to combine this whoever I live with friends. I'm not a massive party person, but enjoy the odd night out and very occasionally throwing a party (usually just for NYE and my birthday). I'm happy to live with anyone, but would be particularly keen to live with someone who is queer or female (I'm queer and nb) and who enjoys a clean communal space.

About the room
The room is very spacious and come with a double bed, wardrobe, small set of drawers and a desk, there's also the space to add more storage and I have a clothes rail if desired. With two windows it's super bright and looks over the buildings communal garden.

About the flat

The flat sits over the top two floors of a really lovely Art Deco building, offering many benefits such as an on-call caretaker around the clock. It's in the back block and so set really far back from the road making it really quiet.

Its brilliantly located just off Brixton Hill, an 8 minute walk to Brixton tube, and a 10 minute stroll to the green, open spaces of Brockwell Park. The nearest shop is a 3 minute walk and there's a Big Tesco, Sainsubrys and Lidl all within 10 mins walk. There's also a bus stop right outside the flat with 8 different busses that go past the tube station if you don't feel like walking!
