Rent the room, get the whole flat

I am moving to the countryside in mid-January. I will need to be in London for 2 nights every 2nd week (Tues / Wed nights), and possibly other times like friend's birthdays so not wanting to rent my whole fat out, just one double room.

Am looking for a flat mate/ or couple, but you'll have the flat to yourself over 80% of the time. The room is available now, but I don't need someone until Jan so can be flexible on moving date.

The flat is on the edge of Brockwell Park and equal distance between Brixton Tube and Herne Hill overground (you can walk both in 10 mins if you motor - I take 12 mins).

Big Sainsburys, bakery, cafe, corner shop, Effra Social and Hooternanies 2 mins walk. Secondary double glazing in the bedrooms. Friendly neighbours. Ex-local authority flat with typical council hallway and exterior (which may put off some), but I've lived here 10 years and absolutely love it.
