Clapham North spare room

We have a lovely room available in Clapham North from January as our housemate will be moving out of London to move in with her boyfriend.

You would be living with myself, Annie and Hannah. We’re looking for someone aged 24-28 who has their own group of friends in London, and has similar interests to us (sport, brunches, drinks ect). Ideally we’d like someone who is based in the office 4 days a week.

We pay £11.25 each bi-weekly for a cleaner. Clapham North station is a 10 minute walk away, as is Brixton and there is the 35, 37 and 355 bus stop at the end of the road. Room is fully furnished.
