New housemate to join us in 4bed house!

LARGE DOUBLE ROOM - BRIXTON BROCKWELL PARK AREA

Our lovely housemate is moving out middle of December and we’re looking for someone to replace her in the large spacious double room in a 4 bed house.

Rent will be £915 pcm + bills (£145.47) with rent to increase at the end of Feb when new contract is signed, this will likely be between £75-100 per month once agreed with landlord.

The room is a very large double room, taking up the full length of the front of the house on the 2nd floor. We have a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms (one full and one half) and an outdoor area.

We’re about 10-13 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria line) and about a 15-18 minute walk to Herne Hill station (with links into Victoria, Blackfriars and Farringdon). We have pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and gyms within walking distance of the house, both local and further into Brixton and Herne Hill.

Emma (myself), Yvonne and Jordan are all professionals sitting in our early 30s. We like to socialise at the weekend, while also enjoying our downtime throughout the week.

We are looking for someone around the same age who also enjoys socialising but also will respect the quieter weekdays.
