We have a double room available in our 4-bedroom house in Brixton, as one of our friends is sadly moving out. We’re hoping to find someone who we click well with and who'll get involved with the social side of the house, joining for drinks or a chill one alike.

The house is an attractive Victorian townhouse located a 10 minute walk from Brixton underground station and 10 minute walk from Herne Hill train station. There is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket around the corner and Brockwell park is just at the end of the road.

There is a large double reception room (open plan living room & dining room) and fully kitted-out kitchen. There are two bathrooms, both with showers so you don’t have to wait around for your turn in the morning or night. We have an outdoor patio with garden furniture for hosting drinks and summer BBQs (as soon as weather allows!)

The bedroom is a double bedroom furnished with a double bed & mattress, two sets of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk. There is also ample space to work from home downstairs if preferred.

Rent is £925/month and bills currently work out approx £100/month in total for council tax, gas & electricity, water and WiFi.

You would be sharing the house with:

Jonah (26) - I work as a government economist (but I promise I’m not responsible for the current state of our country’s economy) and I generally head into the office in Westminster 3-4 days a week. After work you can usually find me in either the gym or the pub and then on weekends I enjoy playing/watching a variety of sports, cooking up a storm, and frequenting the fine drinking establishments of Brixton with friends.

Ethan (26) - I work as a financial analyst in central London and am a big fan of football, snowboarding and surfing. I also enjoy a social night out.

Dan (26) - I work in tech with a mix of home and office working. Outside of work I do a fair bit of sport, mostly jiu jitsu but also some others too, and then also enjoy reading and meeting up with friends on the weekend. I’m an easy going and clean housemate, and enjoy chilling with the rest of the house in the evening.

Our landlady is very friendly and helpful so we have a good relationship with her. She will just require you to go through some basic reference checks in order to sign into the contract.
