We are looking to lease transfer our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Brixton house for January. We currently have it set up for 4 bedrooms with 2 living rooms, but the second living room can be set up as a bedroom with a bed from the landlord. We are all moving on to live with respective partners etc, and looking for a group of friends to take over our lease.

The house is a double-fronted Victorian, semi-detached, and comes fully furnished (although we will be taking some of the pictured furniture with us when we move!). Not pictured is a television which was wall mounted and has all the materials to be wall mounted again.

The property has 3 full bathrooms, a cellar, a decked private garden and a side alley (perfect for storing your bike as you can lock the door leading to the road) and is a quick walk to fan favorites like Brockwell Park, Maya's Bakehouse and Hootenanny's!

15 minute walk to Victoria line (Brixton), 18 minute walk to Herne Hill station (Thameslink, southeastern) and of course lots of buses!
