After living here for a year and a bit it's time to move on to another nest! Looking for a replacement for this huge amazing room.

The room: very large double sized bedroom with two huge windows that let loads of light in! Comes fully furnished. The bed is an ottoman and it's super comfy. The room is very well isolated so you won't get any noise from outside or from the house even! The bathroom is the biggest in the house and shared with two other tenants - great water pressure btw!

The House: big kitchen, lots of space, lots of storage, very nice outside space ideal for BBQ in summer.

Location: 7 min walk from Brixton station, 12 min to Herne Hill and only 7 min walk to Brockwell Park, perfect for summer. The street is superquiet, away from all the Brixton hustle. However, needless to say there is a lot to do in Brixton! Pubs, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets and, of course, Brixton Village just around the corner.

Flatmates: easy going, friendly, welcoming bunch. Amy, Michelle and the most recent additions to the house, Kathleen and Thibault. Michelle and Thibault can both WFH at times.

Details: the room is available ASAP, rent is 962.5£ with no chance of increasing till April 2026! Deposit is 815£ paid to me and then your name will be transferred onto the deposit protection scheme. Bills are around 100£ a month in winter, bit less in summer.
