Looking for someone to fill a sunny double room in Brixton Hill. Rent is £890 + bills and move-in is early January

The room is furnished with a bed, drawers, and a closet and has enough space for desk. The house has a large kitchen and living room with a small back garden which is ideal for summer. The flat is really quiet with no road noise since it’s in a lovely privatised estate with walking paths and green spaces.

The house is 15 mins walk from Brixton central and the Brixton tube station or 20 minutes from Clapham Common. There are heaps of cafes, pubs and barbers only 5 minutes away in Brixton Hill village. An Aldi and Big Tescos are also a short walk away, with lots of small supermarkets even closer.

The house has three bedrooms and you’ll be sharing with one guy and a couple, all Kiwi’s between 25-28. We’re looking for someone who’s about the same age, clean, friendly and enjoys socialising but also their own space.
