The room is fully furnished, light and modern, offering plenty of storage and a separate loft area perfect for extra storage. You’ll have access to the living room, a large kitchen/dining area, and a lovely roof terrace. The flat is situated on a quiet road just off Acre Lane, ideally located within a 10-12 minute walk of both Brixton and Clapham North tube stations, making it easy to get around the city.

Brixton and Clapham offer a great variety of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, gyms, and cinemas. Clapham Common's green open spaces are nearby. Acre Lane has a variety of local shops, takeaways, and a Lidl just a few minutes walk away, with Sainsbury’s and Tesco within easy reach.

The flat is owner-occupied, and you’ll be sharing with me and one other person. I’m Simon, 41, an ex-professional dancer now working as a massage therapist. My flatmate Zack is 28, originally from Australia, and works as a door host. We’re both easy-going, sociable and enjoy spending time with friends, whether it’s having a quiet evening at home or hosting occasional dinner gatherings, however, this is not a party house. When I’m not working, I enjoy yoga, swimming, keeping fit, travelling, and going to the theatre. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home, and I welcome people from all backgrounds.
