Double Bedroom in Brixton

I am looking to rent the room out in the pictures in my flat. The minimum term will be one month starting the second week of January.

I am in the process of selling so this has the potential to be a short let, but I will give ample notice (at least 6 weeks) before you need to move out when and if the flat does sell. This has the potential to become a long let if the flat does not sell.

I am easy going, clean (also cleaner once a week). I work in the city so I am out of the house most of the week. I am usually around on weekends, although I do travel for work, monthly, so there is going to be times when I won’t be there mid week :)

The flat has a shared kitchen diner, dressing room, so you can have a rail for clothing in there, study and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Study, will be available virtually every day as I work in the office. Easy ten minute bus to Brixton or Clapham North station or a 15 minute walk to either station. Gym, Sainsbury’s and Tesco within 5 minute walking distance.

Can potentially negotiate on price.

The flat is quiet, in particular the room on offer. Furnished, double bed and space for clothing.
