Double room in lovely 4 bed house Brixton/Clapham

Hey! We’re looking for someone to join our lovely household in Brixton Hill. We’ll be doing viewings in early January, please message us if you’re interested.

1 double room is available in a 4 bed house. Well located, a 15 minute walk from Brixton, 15/20 min from Clapham North and Clapham Common tubes. 10 min walk from Brockwell park.

2 bathrooms, a garden, open plan kitchen, spacious dining and living room area, room for a desk in your room or the living room downstairs. Parking available.

Plenty of storage, with a wardrobe, chest of draws and communal storage throughout the house.

You’ll be sharing with 3 girls (age 28-30). We all work 9-5 hybrid roles in London (lawyer, scuba diver, charity worker), so a mixture of working from home and in the office. We all enjoy a night out as much as a cosy night in. We’re looking for another girl to fit into our fun homely dynamic!

Bills are on top of rent including wifi and a cleaner that comes every other week (total £120).
