Hey!

Sadly both my housemates are moving out in February so I’m looking for 2 professionals age 25-32 to fill their rooms (ideally people who don’t work from home full time). It’s a 1 year lease starting on 19th Feb and the house is situated between Brockwell Park and Brixton Hill.

Bedroom 1 (plus office room!)
- £875 a month
- Ground floor double room + office
- Bedroom furnished, office unfurnished

Bedroom 2 *now taken*
- £810 a month
- Upstairs double room
- Furnished

Good to knows:
- Bills are around £140 a month
- 20 minute walk to Brixton tube (and regular buses to Brixton) and 15 minute walk to both Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations
- Big living space and garden
- One bathroom

Letting agent requirements (no flexibility on these):
- References for employment and past landlord plus residency status required
- Salary must be at least £29,000 per year to pass referencing
- £50 fee per person for updating tenancy

A bit about me: I’m 26, working as a fashion copywriter. I love going to gigs, the cinema, the gym and enjoy living in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.
