Double Room close to Brixton station

Sadly our current house mate is moving out so we have a large size double room available. The property is 3 bedrooms and each of the bedrooms are on a separate floor. The flat has 1 bathroom and shared kitchen and living room. The flat is a great location in Brixton. 5 minute walk to the station and high street. Great local pub across the road.

You’ll be living with me (27) and Simon (28)! We are social but understand people need their own space. We both work in the office Mon-Fri so working from home is no issue. Viewings are welcome most days please just let us know in advance and we can make sure we are around.
The move in date can be flexible but looking for someone to move in around 21st of December onwards but can be later to fit around everyone.

Bills approximately £100 each.
We had a new lease in June and have had this renewed over several years.

No couples or students sorry! And new housemate will need to go though referencing with the letting agency.
