Spacious double bedroom available in a first-floor light and airy, 4-bedroomed flat. It has a fine-sized living room with double doors to a balcony which overlooks well maintained communal gardens. There is a large, eat-in, fitted kitchen and two bathrooms.

The room has a comfortable double bed and is well furnished. (Ideal for working from home.) We actually have another room coming available with a similar setup - we'll sort some photos of that soon!

Free parking and locked bicycle storage.

We are two friends 25/26(M) who enjoy socialising (pub, clubs, exhibitions, etc.), eating dinner in and watching films, sport and TV. This year it's been a guy flat, but we've loved having girl flatmates before, and we're LGBT friendly!

The flat is located in a private secure development with full 24 hour cctv coverage – approximately 10 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria Line) – Zone 2 with all night service. It is also 10 minutes from Brockwell Park, and 10 minutes from Streatham. There is a bus stop very close to the flat for trips to other parts of London.
