Brixton sublet for 4 months

I’m going travelling from 16th of Jan till the end of April (I think) could be longer will know nearer the time and will give ample notice of when I’m coming back.

2 bedroom flat with terrace, 1 bathroom with kitchen and living room with a dining table.

Sharing with 1 other girl (21) who doesn’t work from home, social and likes to go out. Looking for a girl or gay guy around the same age or mid twenties.

I need £980 to cover rent and then it’s about £70 for bills normally. So £1050 in total.

Very cute residential road with a pub and record store, corner shop and post office round the corner and 10 mins into central Brixton which has the Victoria line.

I’ll clear most of the stuff from my wardrobe and room but I will have to leave some stuff in.
