To share with 3 other housemates (2 gay guys and 1 straight girl) and Jasper - our friendly 5 year old Cocker Spaniel

The room is in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom Victorian house, sympathetically modernised with original features retained throughout

Shared use of sitting room and large fully fitted & equipped modern kitchen / breakfast room

The house is on a quiet, friendly, tree-lined residential street, yet just a few minutes’ walk from Brixton market's bars & cafés, tube station (end of the Victoria Line, Zone 2), Brixton rail station (7 minutes to Victoria), and numerous bus routes

We are looking for a professional non-smoking gay male, 35 to 55 years old, who loves dogs and would like to join in taking Jasper for walks (Brockwell Park is around the corner)

£1,000 rent per calendar month (in advance), and one month's deposit

Plus £187pcm bills contribution, covering electricity, gas, water, council tax, wireless fibre-optic broadband, and a weekly cleaner
