You will be sharing with only two people, both working full time; we are quiet , friendly and clean so the ideal flatmate will be quiet, respectful, clean and considerate.
We're looking for someone who's in full time employment and not wfh.
The rent is £ 760 per month with all bills and council tax included.
Deposit is £600 fully refundable upon leaving with one month notice.
