Double room in Brixton

Hi all!

Spacious double room at the top of Brixton hill available from the end of January but potentially earlier. Room has great wardrobe storage and a small chest of drawers too.
Sizeable kitchen and bathroom with electric shower (good water pressure and hot water!)

Sharing with three other females with very busy lives but all always happy to help and chat. All very relaxed. Somebody who has a settled life in London would be best suited.

Bills come to just shy of £150 a month that includes water, council tax, gas and electricity. Broadband is included in rent.

Three mins from a Sainsbury's Local and bus stops that go to Brixton, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Waterloo and Holborn. Brixton station is at the beginning of the Victoria Line (the best line!). Perfectly situated between Brixton and Streatham for cafes, cinemas, shops and markets.

I'm leaving the city otherwise I would very much be staying in the room! Please note that the flat is on the first floor and only accessible via stairs.

Landladies will need a reference and proof of income.

My availability for viewings is currently best for Saturday 4th January and Sunday 5th January (morning only)
