Spacious Double Room in Brixton (SW2)

My lovely house mates and I are looking for a equally lovely new housemate!

We live in a big, cosy semi-detached house between Brixton and Tulse Hill, opposite Brockwell Park!

Features include: A large kitchen with dishwasher and gas hobs, decent sized garden with patio, pond and apple trees. Council Band E.

The area is great. It's a mainly family road, so quite quiet. Most importantly we're across the road from the amazing Brockwell park. There is also a little Tesco less than 2 mins walk and big Sainsburys is about 10 minutes away.

We have a large double room to rent from January 12th, with the viewings taking place around the weekend of 4th/5th January. The room is on the second storey of the house. The bathroom will be shared with two other housemates.

The current housemates work in software engineering, recruitment and advertising.

We're a very sharing house, with a communal kitty for items like cleaning/hygiene products and your usual kitchen bits.

With bills rent comes to about 850. That covers council tax, gas/electric and internet and kitty.

We're looking for people who are relaxed, tidy, respectful of peoples space but are also open for a drink or chat.
