Room size is 2.4 m x 4.1 m.

The 3 storey house is a newly renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is an en-suite so the main bathroom is shared between the other 3.
It has a large shared living area (lounge and diner) and then a separate kitchen and storage room.
The house also has a huge garden which is perfect for summer ☀️

There is on-street permit parking which is really easy to get and it’s never a struggle to find a space.

📍 Location
The house is located on Appach Road which is a 10 minute walk from Brixton Station and 15 minutes from Herne Hill Station. It’s also a 4 minute walk to Brockwell Park, 30 minutes to Clapham and a 2 minutes from a large Sainsbury’s supermarket.

💰Monthly Price
The room is £1,175 a month and bills on top are around £130.

Deposit is £1,380.
