Lovely room in friendly brixton house

We have a lovely room in our house as our housemate is moving to Australia!
We are in brixton, very close to Brockwell park.
There is grocery stores a 5 min walk away and the tube is about a 10 min walk, lots of cute shops and cafes around.
It’s a big house with a big kitchen, shared living room, a garden & 2 bathrooms.
There is a very friendly relaxed vibe in the house, we’re all mates and often do things together like watch tv, go to the pub, etc!
To keep the balance we’d ideally like another girl to move in
