2 X Double Rooms Available In Large, Bright House

Come join us in our lovely spacious house in Brixton Hill! We are looking for two gals to join our houseshare for a new lease starting on Feb 15th. There are two double rooms available, which share the same bathroom (with a bath and shower) on the first floor.

Room 1 - is on the ground floor, gorgeous high ceilings and bay window. Rent is £1050 per month.

Room 2 - is on the first floor, comes with wardrobe storage and gets lots of light . Rent is £1000 per month.

Bills are £150 additional a month which covers council tax, TV licence, internet, water, gas and electricity.

Our location is great - we are a 15 minute walk from Brixton, Clapham North and Clapham Junction stations, with plenty of bus routes also nearby. We've also got a Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury's Local nearby for all your grocery needs. The street itself is super quiet and there's secure storage for bikes outside the front door. There's a large kitchen/living area, with separate laundry and storage area and a decent sized garden that we're looking forward to using more in the summer!

WHO YOU'LL BE JOINING?

Nicola works in policy research (but is more fun than that makes her sound), is 31 and has only recently moved to London, so spends most of her weekends exploring and is always on the hunt for the best almond crossaint, new exhibitions or gigs or general fun activities in the city.

Leeona, 29, is a development chef who luckily loves to cook at home as well! Pros of this are being treated to some amazing meals, cons include being severely judged for your favourite type of cheese.

We're a pretty sociable house, and are looking for people who aren't just looking for a houseshare but also hopefully some new pals! Think Sunday nights with wine and trash TV, weekend strolls for coffee and generally just enjoying hanging out together.
