Lovely houseshare in the heart of Brixton

Hello everyone! I am unfortunately about to leave my lovely room in Brixton and I am looking for someone to move in by the 9th of February. The house has four rooms, a very cozy living room with two couches and a TV, a large kitchen with all amenities ( including washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer) and a lovely back patio ideal for bbqs and chilling when it is hot.
You would be sharing the house with three lovely guys and a sweet cat named Earnie. The current housemates are very nice and all enjoy to have long chats and hang out while also having private time, they are all professional and between the ages 28-30.
The house is located 10 min walk from Brixton Station (5min with the bus) and 15 min walk from Clapham North Station. The area is very nice, more quiet and residential but also very close to the vital centre of Brixton. There are many groceries stores around and amazing coffee shops and we are also very close to Brockwell Park (less the 15 min walk).
