Hey! I’m Rachel, the current tenant. I’m sadly having to move out from this lovely flat at the end of the month, so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 1st of Feb.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor (access via lift) of Sidmouth lodge, a fantastic property within the private Brockwell Gate. It is two bedroom, two bathroom, your room being an ensuite. With a large homely living room, featuring a very comfy corner sofa that also doubles as a pull out bed for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and built in microwave and oven. Comes fully furnished and with plenty of cupboard storage and also loft space. Your bedroom features a super king bed and large built in wardrobe. Flat is 1 minute walk to the beautiful Brockwell park, bus stop right outside, big Sainsbury’s a 5 minute walk down the road, and Herne Hill station a 15 minute walk across the park for direct trains into London.

You’ll be living with Caitlin, we’re both from Newcastle, best friends since we were 11. She’s 26, and a full-time teacher, therefore is out of the house 7am-7pm most weekdays, so you’ll have the place to yourself a fair bit. You’ll find her marking papers and watching bad reality shows most evenings, she’s really friendly and always up for a chat, but also great at taking the hint when you want alone time! On the weekend she definitely comes more alive.
