Double Room newly refurbished

Hiii,

I'm Freya and I'm looking to rent out my spare double bedroom in the heart of Brixton.

Really easy access to the tube, overground, bus and e-bikes. With all the local amenities of Brixton - supermarkets, the market, restaurants, pubs etc. etc. Its a great, vibrant area to be in.

Initially I'm looking to rent the room for 3 months, there is some flexibility with start dates and potential to extend but I can't confirm that until later down the line.

I'm looking for a clear, tidy, respectful professional with similar interests to share the space with. Ideally you'd work hybrid or at the office.

You'll be living with me, I'm a 35 year old working as a Producer in content/ advertising.
I tend to keep it fairly relaxed these days, I'm more inclined hit a reformer pilates session than the dance floor. Enjoy spending the evenings cooking and watching a series.
Happy to be sociable and have a great group of friends in the area if you might be new to London!
