Sadly I have to leave this lovely flat just off Acre Lane in Brixton after four years.

The bedroom is cost with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a private bathroom. The flat is set across two floors, spacious and has good storage. There's a communal lounge/dining room and a separate kitchen with dishwasher.

You will live with two fab housemates who work full-time in the charity and PR sectors. It's a really pleasant, chilled out vibe in the flat - somewhere comfortable to enjoy spending time. We are looking for someone in full-time work, who is happy to hang out or have the occasional flat dinner, but equally content doing their own thing.

The location is amazing, less than 10 minutes walk to Brixton station (Victoria line and overground) and Clapham North (Northern line). Lidl is a one minute walk away and the large Acre Lane Tesco is a couple of minutes down the road too. Brixton is full of delicious restaurants and bars, great gym options and also has Brockwell park nearby.

Room available from Sunday 2nd February 2025. No short-term lets.

Bills aren't included in rent, but are £100 per month, per person.

A £958 deposit and references are required for the letting agent.
